The ideal candidate will demonstrate administrative experience in a mental health or medical practice excellent customer service skills experience using electronic health or medical record platforms strong organizational skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Reporting to the CMHS Director, the Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for CMHS schedules appointments processes payments and establishes positive working relationships with campus and community partners and clients. This position is a highly confidential assignment requiring the utmost respect and adherence to HIPAA and privacy and confidentiality regulations. CMHS provides low-cost, high-quality psychotherapy and psychological assessment services for members of the greater West Chester community and WCU employees.
